It was a lesson.  You don't feel negatively if you do all you can.

You feel something bad if you can't use your energy fully enough.  Focus on what I myself am doing.  It's only thing to do.  
I felt something sharp on the pitch today.  Our play was very sharpened in almost time.  It's like polishing my sense.  So I felt good contrary to the score.

Be aggressive.  You need it.  And just do it now.

Next game is the first match of International Cup.  The opponent is US(13th).  Japan's position is 5th.  Dead or alive.  Be aggressive to get the goal.

Win next game.
