Imagine good end.  That leads you to the calmness.

Be conscious of the correctness.  Think about what the correctness is.  It is important.  The correctness exists in all things.  We all are based on it.  So feel it and think what it is.

This idea makes me feel calm.  When I feel calm, I can use my brain correctly.  It is good condition.  I want to do anything in that condition.
